What we collect

When you request a demo or contact the TrialLens team, we collect your name, institution, role, email address and anything you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to arrange what you asked for.

What we do not collect

This website does not ask for, and must not be sent, patient information. Please do not include patient details in a message.

How the site measures visits

We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not collect personal data; we see only totals, such as page views and which buttons were used.

Who processes it

The site and its forms are hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions on our behalf. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and delete them on request.
